David Saad | Jim LeClaire

DAVID L. SAAD, CPIM, CIRM

is president of INFONETICS Corporation. In 1987, after working for 10 years at several high technology firms in both IT line and management positions, David started INFONETICS as an information technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise resource planning and supply chain systems for manufacturing companies.  Over the last 17 years, David has consulted with over 30 clients helping them select and implement integrated financial, supply chain, manufacturing, customer relationship management, and warehouse management information systems.

David received his B.S. in Computer Systems Management from Johnson & Wales University, and his M.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.  David is also CPIM and CIRM certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

JAMES M. LECLAIRE

is principal consultant for INFONETICS Corporation. Jim brings over 17 years of product development, IT operations, project management and business analysis experience in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Sales Force Automation (SFA), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA).

Prior to INFONETICS, Jim was Director of Business Systems at edocs, Inc., now part of Oracle Corporation, a leading provider of e-billing and customer self-service software solutions. His responsibilities included the implementation, integration and operation of the company's global enterprise business systems such as ERP, SFA, PSA, and IT Management and Governance. He was also responsible for tactical applications development, database operations, implementation and support for the company’s business analytics and Intranet solutions. Jim has also been principle of his own healthcare management software firm.

Jim received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at University of Massachusetts Lowell, and his M.B.A. from Nichols College.
