David Saad | Jim LeClaire

DAVID L. SAAD, CPIM, CIRM

is president of INFONETICS LLC. In 1987, after working for 10 years at several high technology firms in both IT line and management positions, David started INFONETICS as an information technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise resource planning and supply chain systems for process manufacturing companies.  Over the last 29 years, David has consulted with over 70 clients helping them select and implement integrated financial, supply chain, manufacturing, customer relationship management, and warehouse management information systems.

David received his B.S. in Computer Systems Management from Johnson & Wales University, and his M.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.  David is also CPIM and CIRM certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

JAMES M. LECLAIRE

Jim LeClaire has over 27 years experience in biotech, manufacturing, financial services, and technology. Specific areas of expertise include data warehousing, business intelligence, and software development. His experience includes data warehousing architecture, data modeling, ETL, solutions design & development, system testing, reporting, business analysis, team leadership, and project management.

Prior to joining INFONETICS, Jim was Director of Business Systems at edocs, Inc., now part of Oracle Corporation, a leading provider of e-billing and customer self-service software solutions. His responsibilities included the implementation, integration and operation of the company's global Enterprise Resource Planning, Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, and IT Management and Governance business systems.

Jim received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering at University of Massachusetts Lowell, and his M.B.A. from Nichols College.
